Pastor Joyce, Certified Counselor

COUNSELING

Pastor Joyce Rossen, M.A., L.C.P.C., is a certified counselor serving at Trinity Church. With years of experience, she is licensed in the state of Wisconsin and Illinois. The first counseling session is free. Following sessions are no more than $35 and are based on a sliding fee scale. Pastor Joyce understands the stress levels of our First Responders and wiill offer free counseling to those members of our community. For more information, call

FOOD PANTRY

Our food pantry is maintained by dedicated volunteers who bag and give essentials to those in need. We have consistently served 12+ local families weekly. Donations from families, local businesses, bakeries, and local food drives support Trinity's Food Pantry. They are open on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm and the third Saturday of each month from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

 

Cindy Metke, Spiritual Director

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

In addition to over 40 years of work in Christian Ministry, Cindy Metke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies, a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, is a certified Spiritual Director through Christos Center for Spiritual Formation, and is a registered member of Spiritual Directors International. GOOD NEWS KENYA

Holly Okoth was our past youth director who had a calling to provide missionary work in Kenya. Pastor Fred and Holly married in 2012 as they began their life and ministry together. Fred and Holly's main calling at Good News Kenya is to raise up Kenya's next generation to become Jesus-following leaders. They work with orphan sponsorship programs, create children and youth curriculum, Sunday School, youth group, and school ministry. Fred also helps lead worship at our Kisumu church location.

 

FAMILY 24

Trinity is also in partnership with Family 24: a non-profit organization with the heart and mission to conduct charitable and educational activities related to faith, family, farming, and food in support of and solidarity with families in communities in Wisconsin and the world.

 

 

LA ROCA MISIONES

Trinity is also in partnership with La Roca Misiones. Their mission statement is as follows: "As for our mission towards our neighbors, we are to guide them to the Lord Jesus Christ and to having a personal relationship with Him, founded on love." AA Meetings 

A.A.'s program of recovery is built on the simple foundation of one alcoholic sharing with another.  It is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem.  It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem. A.A.’s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.  Meetings are Thursday nights 7:30 pm

GRIEF SHARE

Free Legal Information

Attorney Marie Sarantakis is available on the first Wednesday of the month from 6:00 -8:00 pm to offer free legal advice.  Appointments need to be scheduled by call the church office 262-279-3052

Affiliations: Trinity also has a strong cooperation with Safe Families for Children of Wisconsin (office in Elkhorn), the Walworth County Food Pantry, Lakes Area Lifeway, and A.A. We offer care and connection to you for any issue you may be dealing with including your marriage, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, etc. We also offer prayer and fellowship as a way to help you through your struggles and to renew your relationship with Jesus Christ.
